Frontier AI is easy to talk about and hard to make work in the real world. Labs runs its own robotics lab and design studio so that what goes in your report has been tested, and what we build for you has been built by people who do this every week.

Why a physical lab
We only recommend what we're prepared to build.
Most advisory work has no cost of being wrong. A slide that doesn't survive contact with reality is still a slide that got paid for. We wanted the opposite: a place where frontier claims get tested before they reach your report, and where the products we recommend actually get built.
The lab gives us that. When a launch post claims a new capability, we run it here first and tell you what held up. When a concept is worth building, the same team builds it: software and AI against real data on the Edge platform, hardware designed and engineered in the lab. By the time something reaches you as a recommendation, we already know what it takes to make it work.
It also changes who you get. The engineers who write your monthly report are the same people who spent last week getting a frontier model to run on-device. That's the difference between reading about the frontier and standing on it.
One thing the lab isn't: a showroom. We don't run tours or demonstrations. The engagement is virtual by design, and the lab's time goes on your work.
On real hardware
